Jandhyala Veera Venkata Durga Siva Subramanya Sastry probably known as Jandhyala and hasya brahma to common people he is known as comedy and message orianted director, screen writter, actor. In his early age he used to write plays for collage programmes. He entered films as a lyricist in a film Punya Bhoomi Kallu Teru and his 2nd movie he have written dialouges in Devudu Chesina Bommalu. He went on writting around 200 films which all were a huge success at the Box office.
He also anchored in a television show AndoBrahma in Gemini Tv. Jandhyala later turned into a director with a movie Mudda Mandhram. he belived that the dialouges should be simple and natural like a real-life natural talk between a family. he also introduced comedy actors like Bramanandam, Suthi Velu, Suthi Veerabadhra Rao. he is the trend setter of many comic films like Chantabbai, Amara Jeevi, Rendu Rella Aaru, Aha Naa Pellanta.
He have directed movies with Usha Kiran movies for a movie called Srivariki Premalekha, which was a comedy hit. he received many awards as a best director, best story writter, best dialogue writter. He left his last breath on 19 th june 2001 due to a massive heart attack at 50 he completed his silver jubliee years in films.
