Ram Charan is an Indian film Actor. He was born on March 27, 1985 in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He is the son of Chiranjeevi and Surekha. He made his acting debut with the Telugu film Chirutha in 2007.
He starred in the films Magadheera, Orange, Racha, Naayak and hindi film Zanjeer. He also appeared in the films Thoofan, Yevadu, Govindudu Andarivadele and Bruce Lee.
He won Nandi Awards for the film Chirutha and Filmfare Awards for the film Magadheera. He married Upasana Kamineni in 2012.
